If it was possible to not give a star at all I would, the staff is very unhelpful and not friendly, they make you feel like ringing up your items is an inconvenience whereas Canal Walk’s staff is very friendly and very helpful, if only we lived closer we’d only go to there and wouldn’t be bothered to purchase at Table Bay

On Sunday 13 November, we visited Foshini store in Table Bay Mall. When we got to the counter the very pregnant and unfriendly assistant attended to us. We kept repeating in a very derogatory manner your card is declined" that's it no other reason. After I questioned her she got upset snx told me she doesn't know why the card is declining I said okay can you find out. She didn't seem interested.I then asked her where the manager is
