This is the best Engen ever. The staff are always friendly, ask all the questions to make sure you are aware of the specials and services offered and the surroundings are always immaculately clean. Well done to the staff and management.

The 1-Stop is a convenience mini-market plus restaurants on plaza, and it also has a petrol station that sells the various fuel grades for vehicles. It is situated in Heidelberg in the Western Cape just off the N2 road.The convenience stores all have very friendly staff that are always helpful, understanding that most customers are weary travellers.The toilets are super clean, and there is ample parking for both the disabled as well as able-bodied individuals. An added bonus is play-park and outdoor seating. So the kids can play while mom sets the table and dad services the car.I highly recommend this stop.

Feels like a second home. The staff members are very friendly. All of the managers and employees make you feel at home. The coffee, food and hearts of this place are always warm.

Definitely the best Engen in the country. The guys at the pumps are extremely friendly, introducing themselves before assisting you, even asking if they can throw away any rubbish in your car. The staff inside are just as helpful, from the cleaners through to the waiters. A good place to stop and get a smile.
