He was 40min late my appointment. The tooth he rebuilt was built skew, and part of the new tooth was cutting into my gum. He didn't take any xrays and simply just went on what he saw and thought needed filling or fixing. Completely unprofessional. The appointment was rushed and my problem has since been resolved by a much friendlier and more professional dentist elsewhere.

I've been seeing Dr Gool for more than 8 years. Great dentist, always friendly and welcoming and compassionate. Every time I've had an emergency, I'm always attended to promptly.

Terrible, he was making impressions to crown my tooth and drilled into the perfectly healthy tooth behind the one that needed the crown, did not apologise and made my mom pay extra for him to fill up the healthy tooth that he drilled into.
