Over the years I've walked out feeling like I've got myself back together again. Thanks Hi-Brow for always keeping my beauty needs well taken care of. I love the convenience of offering a walk in service offered given my busy schedule. Thank you.

I was chased just before 4pm because the lady reckon it was too late to service me. I wanted to do my nails and waxing. I think the notice that you close at 4pm must be put somewhere.

2021/10/18I've always had good experiences here but today was a disaster. I came with my sister of 16 years old for a bikini wax. Prudence and her trainee were very polite but ill trained.First off they didn't let my sister change in privacy like employees of Hi Brow usually do which made her uncomfortable. Secondly they did not wear gloves for the duration of the process which is unsanitary and quite shocking, especially in times of Covid. Thirdly this process usually takes a quick and painless 10 minutes but we were there for 30 minutes. The trainee was doing a terrible job, spreading the wax too thin thus having to repeat the process multiple times, putting my sister in unnecessary pain and discomfort. My fourth issue was that the trainee put the wax on much too hot which burnt her, causing further discomfort.We are both very disappointed with this experience as i've only ever had great things to say about this place. We will be returning in the future and hopefully it will be a better experience.

My sister and I came here for a girls day and got our nails done. We had a good time and staff was friendly.I had broken my thumb nail earlier that week, but they still made it look fabulous

I had a very unfortunate experience. Having booked a head,neck and shoulder massage. The appointment was canceled 15 minutes prior to the appointment stating that with the new covid regulations this service was no longer offered. Disappointed that their staff do not know what treatments they offer and that they left it to the last minute to notify me of changes as I was informed as I arrived at the mall. Unfortunately I cannot comment on the quality of the services as I will not be using them. The owner did try to offer other treatments and a voucher for a later date so at least some effort was made there. But lack of customer service and attention to detail has cost a client.

After making an appointment for myself, my son and 88 year old aunt on Tuesday for 4 treatments, (3 pedis and a mani) we arrived at 9 am for our treatments on Saturday, to find the staff seating 2 people with a third waiting to be seated. I asked what had happened to our appointment at 9am for 3 of us, and was told they could only take 1 of our us and the others would have to wait about 45 mins.This is absolutely unacceptable, especially as we were told last time that because of Covid, appointments had to be made and walk-ins were not allowed by law.My son and I are regular clients and have been for many years, so we wanted to treat my aged aunt to a pampering and brunch, but when we arrived on time (actually 1 minute early) only to be told that we had to wait, showed complete lack of respect for the client and zero professionalism or customer service in dealing with the problem.What made us fuming mad is that we received no apology and the staff just looked at us and shrugged their shoulders.As they do not allow Reviews on their Facebook page, I made a comment on their latest post, but I now see that they have deleted their post. So I suppose that this is one way of dealing with their unhappy clients - Delete = problem gone. Very poor management and badly trained reception.

My treatments were very good apart from the damage to my fingers! a slightly rough approach. Unfortunately I had a rather miserable girl, all of the other girls looked very nice.I just wish they would decorate, such a dull boring room to have treatments in. Not very appealing at all. It is well over due for a revamp.

Took my daughter to get her eye lashes and brows tinted and her brows shaped. The ladies were absolutely lovely. Friendly, helpful and efficient and the services performed were done well. My daughter said she would definitely go there again.
