POOR service, I have a video of 2 team members shouting and talking back at me. Refused to call the managers, absolutely rude. THey are XEnephobic and do not assist after 5pm as they want to rush to knock off. They gave me false info about doing a sim swop and even customer care reprimanded them for poor service and they simply hang the phone up. WHAtever you do do not go to Celc cresta they are rude and they give false information they do not help. doing a sim swop with them is a nightmare. THey dont even look at your iD if you dont pass the security questions.. so what is the purpose of the ID??

Worst customer care service I ever experienced... Don't get any help whatsoever except nothing I can help with now" and no solutions provided I have been paying for more than what I receive on my contract and have been struggling for months to resolve the issue. Phone is under warranty but still being charged to fix it... Absolutely ridiculous the service I have been provided with...I phone in for assistance and being told I have to go in store to resolve the problem... Yet I do that and still can not be assisted absolutely disgusted with thisSTAY AWAY FROM CELLCI might be one in a few as well you might be a one in a few to experience this"

I phone and I phone no answer goes to voice-mail the costumer care number does not even work

The worst of the worst. We practically have to beg for service! Its like drawing blood feom a stone. Utterly miserable on all accounts!! Doesnt it get tiring for management to keep having to apologize for all these bad reviews? Let the rotten eggs go or train your staff.

I called in today and David assisted , his customer service is extremely excellentMy phone contract was processed in seconds .Thank you David for your excellent service

what a day at cell C Cresta , customer service has degraded and it's poor.How disappointing to be assisted by the same Rude guy. I have never met such a rude human being in my entire life and it's a second in a Row being assisted by him, 1st time I went to cell c he not said he can not help me ,I must phone call center for swim swap & today the 4th of August I decided to go back & try my luck,the same rude unapologetic guy named Melvin had to help me oh my goodness his body language said a lot he didn't want to assist but I still went to him .When I got to him ,he asked for the 5 telephone numbers I usually phoned & my I'd .When I took out my refugee permit herudely said I can't take this paper" .How can you not take it when I have my Rica'd my sim card with the same paper

Most impressed with the level of energy and positivity your staff have. I was assisted by a lovey gentlemen called Siya. After walking away from MTN and Vodacom due to their lack of service, I stopped at CellC and Siya immediately welcomed us with his knowledge of the phones we looked at. Even though it was closing time, he assured us that the customers always comes first and he’s there’s to assist us. We needed up signing a fantastic deal with him and also be share details this positive experience with our friends. This is the Mzansi experience! The youthful energetic energy and drive for sales and customers satisfaction. Well done Siya! Cell C cresta... u have a golden boy right there!

If I could give no stars it would be wonderful. Service is utterly poor. The lady who assisted me is more worried about her appearance and trying to sound clever than to assist me. The manager is just as useless. Trying to do a SIM swop they refuse to assist me unless I give the last 5 nrs dialed on a SIM that cannot be read. The snotty one tells me to phone the call centre maybe they will help me. Useless idiots. Phoned the call centre and they assisted me. No problem. These people are pathetic and need serious training, if that would help at all. Maybe start with people skills first. Your make up and hair and snotty attitude can wait until you are home.
