Place does not exist. No need to make further contact, just then update the address on Google Maps, as we've passed by the same address twice and could not find the store. The contact number listed on Google also does not work.

I bought a couch, fridge,tv , tv stand and a Microwave at russels in arcadia they delivered everything on the 5th of March 2020 but for the microwave and i called they told me they would deliver it that afternoon but i had to go to gym i arranged with them to deliver it the following day at 10am and we confirmed delivery in the morning . at around five to 10 i was called by nancy who assisted me to confirm my address and she told me she is on her way , at 10:15 she called me and said she will not not be able to come and that she can only come around 1 , mind you my flat is only 10min away from the shop . i told her i wont be able to come back at 1 because i already left work to come meet them at the falt and my supervisors will complain , she told me she is assisting another client and would call me back but she never did.when i was at the store buying the furniture ,they were being rude to other clients and they even increased the volume of the music because another lady was busy speaking on the phone and they wanted to close the shop

This review was placed a few days ago, a lady from the store contacted me, I asked her to please ask a Senior Manager to contact me.She then promised me someone will call me. I am still waiting for that call...Looks like this store does not take Customer Service SERIOUSLY" !!!If this is the type service you get before buying a product imagine the back service....It's absolutely shocking how the word "SERVICE" does not exist anymore!!!!I will never recommend anyone to buy anything from here!"
