I popped in to post a package this week and was helped by Pumla. She was so lovely and friendly to deal with. I had a difficult package to wrap (wouldn’t fit) but she made a plan and she knew what she was doing! Maud didn’t serve me but she was also super friendly and was very helpful to the customers she was serving. Excellent customer service by these two - I will definitely be back! :)

Had to wait for 3 weeks for a delivery that was suppose to be 2 days worse....they lost track....had toopen a case after that.... then boom they found it

Poor customer service. Assistants were not friendly or helpful to several customers.Unable to print word documents, only PDF and JPEG, and wanted me to pay extra to use a computer to convert it.

This is by far the best Postnet branch I've ever dealt with, always get outstanding service all the time. Phumla, Nelly, Laetitia and crew keep it up guys :)

Having dealt with other PostNet’s before I was quite taken aback by the level (or lack thereof) of service here. The staff seem to spend more time bantering amongst themselves than actually helping customers. Not only that, but they are quite rude to customers as well from what I’ve seen on a few separate occasions. It took standing in line for 10 minutes + another 10 minutes to do something that takes another branch 5 minutes to do. Rather go to another branch. Even traveling to hillcrest would be better.

Very good service. They notify you as soon as your parcel arrives, just a shame that whislt looking for your package, the staff throws boxes around that is clearly marked 'FRAGILE'

You guys open at 8:30 on the website but I'm standing outside your doors for 20 minutes and u still closed. Took my business elsewer!
