Be aware of Viva Life! They got my information from Elite Mobile which I have CANCELLED WITHIN THE REQUIRED TIME FRAME and with all the company’s associate with them like Viv alive, even so VL KEEP ON DEBITING MY BANK ACCOUNT without my permission. I have spoken to a chat box operator at Viva Life and again all in vain, I stopped the debit order at my bank in hoping this will work, but again they come up with a plan and every time now they change the stop order value slightly or skip a month and then debit for both months and because of the value change the debit went through, It does not matter what I do they make a plan to get hold of my money and all this without my permission, this is going on now for about six month or so, I recon my next step will be to seek legal advice.
