I'm so disappointed in the service I received from the staff. I bought a ring and only reliased at home that 3 stones were missing. I returned it and I couldn't get my money back. They don't have cash and the excuses was people pay with debit cards. I must wait a week to get my money back. There were no sorry for any inconvenience or anything.

Ek het i trou ring by hulle gekoop in 2017 in die 2 jaar het ek ring 3 keer terug gevat vir die selfde probleem ek het die ding nou vir die 4 de keer terug gevat vir selfde probleem en gese ek soek ander ring of geld terug dis nou al 2 weke nog niemand het my gebel met i oplossing nie as i getroude vrou wil jy trots wees op jou ring myne is meer by hulle as aan my finger ek is bitter ongelukkig sal niemand aanbeveel om da tekoop nie

Staff was friendly I purchased our wedding rings by them and the guy behind the till even offered to clean my fiance's engagement ring.. I give them five stars!! Well done
