Sorbet is not what it used to be. The therapist were talking so loudly amongst themselves. Treatments were rushed. No personal touches whatsoever at this branch. What a let down!

I got my nails done and 3 of them came off the day after so I went back. I got them replaced but the same night 2 other nails already came off. When I had the nails for 4 days only the 3 replaced ones were still on. I can't keep going back to get it fixed, so I've given up unfortunately.

I had an eyebrow wax appointment. Firstly there was no hand held mirror. Each time I had to get up, to look on a wall mirror. My eyebrow was initially waxed incorrectly, when I asked for it to be corrected. The beautician left the room and another person came in. I felt as if I had done something wrong, but clearly both eyebrows did not look the same. Very disappointed. I've always had good experiences at sorbet but this is enough not to make a person return.

The ladies are lovely, very friendly; and prices of treatments very reasonable. The best treatments and services received are facials and massages by Zozo; she is amazing. However, I find the manicures to be inconsistent in quality: a week later after doing a poly gel overlay one or two nails start chipping. This has happened on two consecutive occasions.
