They are quite slow when it comes to rendering their services,I went there twice in December, but I couldn't get any assistance. The first time the ticket system was not working and the wait was long, and the second time the fingerprints scanner was not working and the lady whom I was being assisted by she wasn't sure when they will fix it.The third time I was there it was January, the queue was moving slowly but I did manage to get assistance

I received the best customer service from Khethani. She was able to answer all the questions I had I left the shop happy because of the service I was offered.

Bad customer service, workers there only speak venda, they will not even try to speak english at all.Makes one to feel like they are aliens.I went in to enquire about a deal i wanted, i was just told that i need 4g coverage if i was someone clueless i wouldn't have understood anything.So before going to this place work on your venda, or else you will feel stupid

took out a contract here , few days later the phone stopped working . i took it back , i was told that they're taking it to repairs and i will receive the phone back . 2 weeks later i went and i was told that they have sent the phone back , i need to pay R7000 to get it , why while iam paying the contract for the phone ? till today iam still paying for the contract i dont have the phone nor simcard and no one is willing to assist . i have tried every channel but nothing

Why can't the people in store answer the phone? It is very frastrating to call and call without an answer. It really doesn't seem like the number provided here is working. Please include the right number or get your people to answer the phone thank you.

I’ve been waiting in the queue for 45 mins and the one lady is on her phone saying she can’t wait to knock off. Right now.

They have some good deals and they are friendly. Sometimes they take longer to help customers.I went there to get my wifi router and the service was awesome. It took a bit longer than expected to finish the whole process of taking it on contract. It took about 45 minutes for the whole process to be approved until I get out of the store. Telkom has great deals and it had the best deal of all others when it comes to data and wifi routers.If they can shorten their paperwork, the process will take less time. But otherwise I was very happy with their service.At the end, they ask you to rate their service and they also follow up on whether you're still satisfied with their product.They also have very good product support service. But they do not offer good help after office hours. If you need their help after hours, you won't get help if your problem is not found on their website or FAQ section.Overall, they have a great service.

Poor customer service. Promises are meant to be kept. If u tell customer u need to ensure you keep promises.Their Landline I've been provided with isn't working. This leave me wondering if this is the kind of service experience I'm going to face since i was considering contract with them.
