Went in for hair and makeup. Would not go back! Was very disorganised, was constantly switching back and forth between me and other clients with my hair half done. The makeup was patchy and not blended properly, the brushes were of poor quality. I asked for my eyebrows to be sharp and got dark thick caterpillars. I showed a photo of what I wanted my hair to look like and then told half way through they couldn’t do what I wanted otherwise it was going to cost extra instead of telling me in the beginning. Had high hopes for this place and was let down especially being in South Perth and the price you pay… The only upside is that I was asked by the staff if I wanted tea or coffee.

Had my hair coloured recently by Madi. she did an outstanding job and went above and beyond at all times to make sure my hair was done to the highest standard. exceptionally clean and hygienic work environment. 5 Star rating for a 5 star salon

Adore Dale James and their wonderful team of very talented and caring staff. Sarah has been styling my hair for many years and I couldn't recommend her services more. She is incredibly knowledgable and takes such pride in her work. I always leave with my hair feeling amazing x

Absolutely, they’ve got a client for life! Everyone works together like a little beehive alongside good music and yummy coffee. I learned the owner schedules team building activities and is constantly reeducating/training his staff with the latest techniques, giving this salon a unique family feel with highly educated and capable artists. I felt so comfortable after a few visits that I finally handed my hair styling (that has not changed in 30 years) over to them and I’m so pleased with my new asymmetrical haircut! I highly recommend this salon to anyone that wants to UP their hair game!

As a service contractor I regularly visit Dales James. I feel very welcomed everytime I enter the WOW looking venue of a huge bouquet in the centre. The staff are very friendly, a very happy atmosphere. I do my bestest there, because Im treated so well. The customers look happy, lots of chats going on.. and I, everytime I leave there I feel more happier and vitalised towards the rest of the day. Wish I lived close, to get my hair done there!

I recently moved to South Perth and by chance stumbled into Dale James & Co. I did not anticipate it would be not only a fantastic haircut, but also one of the most pleasant customer service interactions I’ve had in a long while. All the staff were bubbly, friendly and attentive. Great culture, great service, great experience.
