I sent two quotes online and André called me in less than 24hrs. Because he didn't seem to understand what I wanted, he suggested that I speak to a designer, Angelique. I heard him chatting in the background, presumably to her; he came back to the phone and told me she was busy but would call me back asap. More than 48hrs later, and I'm still waiting for a call. Staggeringly unprofessional. Don't waste your precious time.A BealeUpdate:I can honestly give Jetline 4 stars after being contacted a day after my review by Deon, the extremely friendly manager of the store, who freely admitted the delay was his fault entirely. He could not have been more helpful assisting me. I did find the pricing a little high - I can do this myself for less than half the quote - but I would highly recommend this business.
