if I had read reviews on this page I would not have been another statistic of these fraudsters . I can't imagine how they still in business and how large companies actually use them. Lara (if that is her name) was helpful on Tuesday now she obviously recognizes my number and does not answer her boss" Raymond is not very professional.. good luck to them I have reported to FNB going to the police to lay a charge of Fraud. why after all these years has?no one caught on to them"

Be very careful of this place, especially the owner, Raymond and manager (employee) Pieter! They take your goods, sell them and you don't get your money....very unprofessional. Eventually when trying to recover your goods (after many unanswered calls and/or explanations by Raymond that are actually misrepresentations and untruths) they charge you storage fees before releasing your goods. Clearly they prey on the unsuspecting public and this is a way in which they make their money...

Highly disappointed. Got confirmation from the alleged owner that an item was available for me. After having gone out of my way to get there before they close, upon my arrival I am told that they are all sold out.This somewhat owner doesn't even come out to apologize to me. What a waste of my time.

Never use Goodrich auctioneers or Raymond Terblanche. They sold my 7 seater lounge set in October 2019, told my wife that the proceeds will be paid into her account. Raymond Terblanche has been giving us the run around telling us he he will make payment today is 16 March 2020 and Goodrich auctioneers and Raymond Terblanche have yet to pay us. These are thieves. BE CAUTIOUS

. Took all my sisters furniture , four bed house of expensive furniture and office furniture and never gave her a cent . You are thieves and I hope you get what you deserve .You contributed immensely to my sisters suicide and I hope you rot in hell

Raymond from Goodrich Auctioneers rented a trailer from my company. The trailer was returned in a accident damaged condition.Raymond did not have the decincy to inform me that my stock was damaged, neither has he paid for any of the damages thereof after an agreement was signed that he is liable for any damages to our stock.I have called him numerous times and he has since blocked me on True caller and WhatsApp as he clearly isn't interested in paying his debt. Absolutely shocking- I would be ashamed of myself!

I can't rate this place with zero stars. The owner is a fraudster, a thief and a liar. He came into my house, took my R40,000 dining room suite away to sell for me, and now refuses to take my calls. This has been going on for a year. Don't use them, don't trust them.
