Royal Court Selfcatering Accomodation

I have visited the length and breadth of the Eastern Cape but this place is simply the best.It offers just about every thing at a budget price. I urge all who visit Sweet Matat to make a turn here and suprise themselves.

Place is OK and decent! The old restaurant where they serve dinner and breakfast got that old building smells, though they are renovating but may experience did not really make you feel great about the place. The room is also OK but the problem is that you can hear your roommate snoring on the other room I guess the wall is either thin or the snore is just too loud. The shower signage that indicate hot or cold is the other way around, I've waited for 5 minutes but the water does not get hot and eventually figure out that it is the other way around. The basin is too small that the water spill over it when you use it. All in all it is an OK experience.

Royal hotel is under construction and all rooms have been renovated and they are beautiful

Its nice neat place and modern

Very good only problem is the noise coming from a condition unit at the back room 54. Difficult to sleep with the noise sounds like a truck idealing
