Lovely decor. (great for the gram) The owner was really sweet and friendly.Food was good and so was the presentation.Prices are above average, but well worth the visit.A must visit.

Drinks, food and the decorations absolutely amazing. My mom loved her birthday. The pastries were absolutely delicious. Beautiful place. Will come again

Updated review.Shazmins has now opened a restaurant on the square and it is the most beautiful cafe - service is amazing and the waitresses are very friendly. Very instagram worthy pics to be taken here and a lovely place for a coffee and cake.When we visited there was a little girl having a princess tea party and Shazmins were very accommodating towards having over 10 under 8 year olds running around.Dutch baby pancakes are still a must have.They a very pink gorgeous restaurant that’s covered in flowers - it makes you feel like you’re in fairy garden.

5 stars for the aesthetic, it’s a beautiful shop. However that is the only thing that is worth the return.Service is dramatically slow, platter took like 45 mins to prepare and it wasn’t the way I’d seen it in pictures. Not to mention the staff are so lifeless…Overrated. Ordered the fondue for 2. The best thing was the sauces (Nutella and biscoff in the microwave) besides that it was a weak platter and the brownie was stale the marshmallows were stale. :(I ordered the frose which I expected to have actual frozen rose but it was just a pretty pink drink… nothing more to it.I was accompanied by a friend who ordered a dirty chai, with no chai and it was cold… it was basically a cappuccino, we sent it back however didn’t meet expectations.At this point I was way too underwhelmed to get cake.It’s nice to go once maybe for a function but I didn’t get the “luxe” experience in the desserts or service at all.

The cakes are very nice and moist, especially enjoyed the Matilda chocolate cake. Waiting time can be a little long but it’s worth the wait. The staff are very friendly and the place is aesthetically pleasant.

Dirty cutlery, very long waiting times and not enough pictures on the menu there's no way of knowing if you actually getting what you ordered especially considering how incompetent their staff is, all I can say is be careful of food poisoning in this dirty place. The food is not that great at all and most people are leaving without even finishing their food.
