I had my sound system installed today and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, quality workmanship aswell and to the guy that installed my sound system, i didnt get your name, Well done on a brilliant Job, i extremely happy and will definately recommend anyone to go there.

Soundmatch Pitstop Athlone
Extremely unhappy with the level of service received by Sound Match Athlone. Went in on Saturday, 25th March 2023 to fit a sound system and paid R2700.00 only to leave the store with no radio as the radio that was in my car that worked all the time, refused to go on after they disconnected the radio. Received no ETA for resolution just that its been sent for repairs to Head office. Was also told that this was bound to happen whether it was at soundmatch or not. Issue here is, it happened at sound match. So where does that leave me? An incomplete installation which I paid R2700.00 for, a broken radio and no music at all. Well done Sound Match, you guys outdone yourselves!

I got good serviced and workmanship from them when they installed a radio into my vehicle. Their service does not come cheap though.

This morning I had my 1st encounter with the staff of Soundmatch Pitstop in Athlone. I did not know what to expect and took my chances.What an incredible experience; the Soundmatch guys are truely a wonderful team, professional and extremely helpful, going beyond the call of duty.Thank you guys for your courteousness and going the extra mile, it's appreciated.I recommend this company 100 percent and will definitely do all my business with them in future, no doubt.

These guys are very slow I think the company could have been making lots of money if he have serious people or they must have incetives to push the job .
