They might be able to assist with repairs but expect very little from the customer support and incredibly lengthy times to respond and help. Currently moving into the 4th month waiting for my equipment to be repaired. ( had to go back and forth several times as my camera was never fully repaired as they state it has been , a bit odd considering they're professionals.) Unfortunately there is no other Fujifilm service center so best of luck and consider the switch to a brand that actually takes care of their client base.

I had to fix my HDMI port on my Fuji X-T3. I brought it into Fujifilm South Africa to fix urgently. I told them it had to be fixed asap because my camera was my main source of income and I had upcoming shoots... Ntombana went through the faults on the camera with me, managed my expectations, was honest and clear and then she fixed the camera on time like a legend! What fantastic service! Thank you Ntombana!

Pure Alchemy.I had the mishap of having my X-T3 hit a concrete floor on a doccie shoot, resulting in some pretty serious cosmetic and functional damage (ISO dial wasn't working but luckily I had oneof the command dials which I programmed to take over that function). My back LCD was also experiencing a growing area of hot pixels so that needed replacing too.After a considerable fee and a waiting period that drew quite a bit of anxiety inducing patience, I picked up the body with a whole new silver argent top, looking as new as the day I bought it. Even the dents inside the body caused by the fall were all seen to. I can now store this next to my X-H1 with pride at how it is displayed and how it looks.I HIGHLY recommend anyone with a Fuji camera to just go see the agent. The Technician (Ayanda) really came through on this one as My living is made primarily through my camera bodies.Couldn't be happier!

The service we got from Fuji was absolutely shocking. I took my Fuji SL1000 in to get a full service and we were lead on a wild goose chase by Ayanda making all kinds of excuses that he couldn’t do the service. He ended up doing nothing on it so I had to bring it home again. Ntombana was not very helpful either. I definitely won’t be going back there again.
