Incredible Connection

Incredible Connection is definitely one of my favourite stores. It interests me because it has various things to choose from, from devices to improve your electronics to amazing electronics! I’m 13 years old and I really enjoy coming around when I have the time to:) Keep up the good work!

I visited the Blue Route store yesterday and was helped by Nathaniel I think his name was. He came over to assist us very quickly and was friendly. He answered all my questions I had (I was shopping for a new laptop) and also gave me more information about additional things such as insurance that I could buy. Overall a good experience and his help made it easier to decide which laptop I was going to buy and I walked out a happy customer with a new laptop in hand. I highly recommend this branch of Incredible Connection.

All the tech is kept in great condition and staff is very friendly, always eager to help. Iphones are on display which is very different from other tech stores who don't display apple products. Love this store.

Dealt with Antario to purchase a IPad and Gaming Monitor. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, he made the process quick and seamless. Also held great conversation! Would recommend the Blue Route branch to everyone!! Best one I've been to. Thank you all

I want to exclude pricing in this review because firstly its standard pricing across all branches and secondly, it adds emotional unrest when customers dislike a price that is too high, this is a review of a branch itself. So I have been to many Incredible Connection branches all over the Western Cape but the home is where the heart is, the Incredible Connection Blue route branch has always been about great service, staff is always quickly pouncing on you to assist you with any of the products on offer. The friendly cashiers, technicians and salesmen are all capable and competent. The store itself is neat and tidy making it easy to find what you need. I really like the fact that the demo models on display all work and is available for customers to trial. I really like the Blue Route branch very much, keep up the good work guys.

Top service. Really caring team trying to help your every IT need. They even had the product I called about waiting at the till for me but still took the time to show me the entire range.
