Ordered defy fridge/freezer rubber 2Weeks ago paid for it no luck! When u phone you get told I will contact you when it arrives so what now! Sit with a freezer that doesnt work!!!

Worst service ever received,been phoning them for 4 weeks,everytime they promise to call me back but never do,eventually they attended to me after I asked them to refer me to another company because they seem unable to help me.Can't believe companies like these still exist.
