Staff are friendly and nice. But Im not sure about the technique of hair dresser. Usually my hair dresser cuts hair little by little and very detailed. Here is quite rough and quick which makes me a little bit upset. Maybe it’s just the style of how they cut hair. Hair dresser is lovely but she didn’t seem had her own idea. But it’s ok, first time and give the space for grow. The rate is my honest feedback.

I had an appointment at 3pm with Emilia. I had to wait for 40 min before my hair was finally cut. It was clear that another client (visibly a friend of the hairdresser) had been prioritized, impacting my appointment by 40min. The only comment at the end was ‘sometimes this happens’. Really disappointing. Nobody can accept to be a second class client. I would have preferred to be at least informed beforehand that my appointment was delayed by 40min and receiving apologies for this situation.

Amazing experience from start to finish! All staff were very friendly, welcoming and professional. Great head massage during hair washing (thanks Liam!) and wonderful haircut by Emilia. Five stars!

I asked twice which colour are you using. It was never shown and the end result was much too dark.The haircut was so badly done . I went to a different salon a week later. . They corrected the colour and cut.I am not overly fussy and hate complaining but this was unacceptable.
