Great service. Got a screen replacement and the glue hadn't dried by the time I went to pick up, so he dropped the phone off at my home when he finished work. Above and beyond!

Do not take your mobile/electronic here! Terrible communication, over priced, terrible worksmanship. Paid almost the price of a new phone to fix mine and it came back with issues that it didn't had before and they claim no responsibility on it. Ombudsman have my case and they wont be around for long so save your time, money and stress.

Purchased my phone online so have to post it to the retailer for repair. I needed it urgently so took it to Oz Mobile at Rockdale. They ran some diagnostics and advised there was a problem with the motherboard - a very costly repair. They advised me to send it to the retailer and have it repaired under warranty. I really appreciate their honesty and integrity and recommend them highly.

Don’t use this company !Took my phone in for a new screen...was told I needed an “extra” part put in my phone ...refused to pay for the “extra” part.My battery would last the entire day prior to visiting this shop..the following day it ran down to 10% within 2 hours...something happened with the quality of my battery whilst having my screen replaced .Avoid this shop at all costs...take your phone to Apple.

Please don't do any service with them .They are cheap but they charging pretty much same amound for the original stuff and fixing duplicates.I fix my iPhone fix with them and they put the old display unit and my display is not working at all ..also they laying to get the customers and such a bad peoples.guys please careful

These guys did a fantastic job on my iPad first generation retina about 6 months ago. I thought that the screen was beyond repair but they replaced it and everything wrks really well. I don't have to buy a new one anymore. The turnaround time was good. I'm a happy customer.

Terrible customer service, rude and unprofessional. Overpriced parts which they claim to be original but turns out are fake and faulty. They replaced my battery and within 2 months the problems returned worse than before. The place is as dodgy as it looks. Learn from my mistakes, avoid it at all costs.

DON'T use this company. Had a simple iphone broken screen repair. After having this fixed the LED started playing up and the battery started dying very quickly so I took it to Apple. They were going to replace my phone until they ran a battery test and told me it did not have the original battery inside and had I ever had the battery replaced which I had NOT. I told them I had the screen fixed. Apple told me my battery had been exchanged and that this would of happened without my knowledge while getting my screen repaired. An original working Apple Battery is worth a lot more to a phone repairer than an imitation one. Phone no longer works. Also Oz Mobile said it would take 1 hour to fix so I went away and came back 2 hours later. Still not ready. After 3.5 hours I got my phone back. (they kept me sitting there saying it would just be 5 more minutes) I'm guessing the extra time was needed to change my battery over. NOT HAPPY at all.

Best value phone repair shop in the area. Ive replaced a cracked iPhone screen and battery. My phone is like new. Excellent service.
