Conveniently located. They have mostly all that can be found at a bigger builders warehouse. Service was excellent, I was able to find what I was looking for, and was in and out of the shop in no time.

It is conveniently close to us and has a variety of DIY items for those weekend projects or an emergency. This Builders also have a big garden section with a wide selection of plants and garden accessories. The only thing that is super annoying is that they have a gas refill section that never works.

Had the best experience visiting the store yesterday afternoon. EVERY staff member (including the car guard) I came into contact with, was efficient and friendly! Very impressed as I almost never have such a great overall experience in a store these days!

A nice store but has limited pool cleaning materials, basically a small 2 metre area and I did not find the chemicals I wanted.I found the prices a little expensive too

You'll get what you need if it's not too complicated. Staff on the floor are grumpy and make you feel like they're doing you a favor. The friendliest person there is the security guards at the exit.

It's a bit bigger than your general hardware, they do carry a lot of stock, but sometimes don't have what you need. I visit here quite often as I stay around the corner and find the people quite friendly and helpful.

Careful of the staff and bag bullies.Didn't show my receipt and was harassed intimidated and then attacked in the parking area. Called a thief and other names.No longer a fan and will definitely shop at the many other options available in the area.Convenience does not get any extra stars. The only reason they get one star is that is the lowest option available.

Customer care service counter good, staff helpful at this point. Collections side have a lot of patience before you drive there. Security takes their time to open for you. No one helps you to load, we asked several people who work there, the security calls them too, they don't come help. We loaded cement ourselves, eventually a truck driver climbed out and came and helped us and said sorry ma'am but we were already doing it alone. It took awhile for security to stamp our receipt. It was only us and one truck in the collection's yard. Very poor service received. Unhelpful and collection yard needs Training for their staff.
