Dealing with this junior payroll admin was a nightmare (an second year in a row). We agreed a call for 09H30-10H30, she sent me a meeting invite for 09H30-16H30, I declined and proposed our agreed time. The next morning she send me an email asking what time we could meet. I tried call her directly line (no answer), I tried calling the support line (no answer). Very frustrating.
