Went there looking for some fencing materials. The store is huge and well organized, with a varied offering. The prices are decent when comparing with their counterparts. You can get a bit lost in the crowd when you need assistance just make sure you grab one the attention of one of the staff and you should be fine.

I paid and wasted close to 2 hours waiting for my materials to be loaded. No professionalism or even decency to update and prioritize loading of material that u happily paid 4. Once u pay they forget about u. Poorest service ever received from a hardware store. Never again buying from this branch. Truck was there lying idle for close to 2 hours. Horrible customer care

Service slow, you walk in and nobody directs you or offers to assist. Before you shop you need to look around for an employee to assist because the ones that are standing at the front just look at you

I went away without assistance, cashiers tried to help but there was no one on the floor to assist, please hire more staff. I stood there for 30 minutes and just gave up, I will try some other time
