Services are super bad at the Out Patients Area,, patience are not attended on time.. nurses uses their working time for catching up. We’ve waited more than 4 hours without any assistance. Instead of them helping us, they are sitting in groups and doing their own things, then come and tell us that it’s time to knock off… bad very bad and this is not happening for the first time, I’ve encountered this several times, at times I would leave without being attended.

A doctor by the name of JD Malinga if i am not mistaken.Such a rude and arrogant lady.And to think that she is rude to an elderly person its so sad.She didn't even lift a finger to check up on my very ill gran ma and she didn't even want to check or even see what was wrong with her,all she ever wanted was to move to the next patient and it's for the second time now,she did the same last week.
