Slice of heaven.. The massage was amazing - forgot the lady's name. She was gentle and her hands are just magic. The service from the time you enter the reception is just impeccable. I loved the Swedish full body massage which is an hour.. The room was warm and the music very relaxing adding to the atmosphere. The hot chocolate after the massage was just lovely, the lady there is very friendly as well. I highly recommend

Nice place and staff are friendly but I can't say the same for management. Positives; they offer beverages when you come in and the way it was built is nice to see. The staff are also very friendly and professional and they are quick. You generally don't have to wait too long to be assisted, but always make a reservation to be on the safe side.Negatives: they are super expensive and the management are very inconsiderate. I came with my 2 year old for a quick wax and someone to watch him. They don't allow kids (which is fine) but I was told that in a rather harsh way and while I do understand, it was raining at the time and I had hoped they'd let me wait it out. Nope, I had to run in the rain with my 2 year old who then caught a cold. I was a regular customer and that just made it worse for me.

I loved the reception of the staff, place is beautiful too. Abit on the upper side of pricing but totally worth it.

The ambience is relaxing, the service is very friendly and before you even go to your private massage room, you are offered something to drink in a waiting lounge (at no extra cost). The soothing music that's playing from when you arrive continues when you are getting your massage.

Beautiful spa with a wonderful ambience. Everyone who works there is very lovely and helpful. My friend and I had our nails (tips & gel) and lashes (full sets of extensions) done. The nails were great! Unfortunately within a few days we both had issues with clumps of the lash extensions falling out.

Just what the doctor ordered; serenity and peace to unwind and pamper oneself. The rooms are clean, spacious and private.

An amazing spa experience in the heart of Gaborone. The massages were excellent and the setting even more beautiful. The staff are really friendly, the rooms are clean, and it's a perfect spot for relaxing in Botswana!
