I spoke to the white lady yesterday. She told me it would only take an hour to active a data bundle to my current long standing account. After an hour i went back to the shop, she wad busy with a client and i said i will came back as i onlt wirked next door to them. After another hour i i we back and she said she will phone me after she helped her client. That was yesterday at 15h00. It is now 12h00 next day and nothing yet. I can now understand why people rate this branch as BAD....

This Vodacom branch is quick to get a customer to take out a new package & spend money but THEIR AFTERSERVICE SUCKS!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this branch to any client!! The manager is not competent and has no compassion to help his clients!! In Dec 2108 I handed my phone in at this branch because of a software problem, it came back with a broken screen!! I'm still waiting, 6 months now, for the this branch to resolve the matter. I've asked for the contact number of the owner of this branch but with no reveal. I'm now taking action against this branch, if I have to go to court to get this matter sorted, I WILL DO SO!!

Upgraded because according to my Vodacom contract, I was due for an upgrade. The consultant was extremely helpful and assisted me in getting a new device BUT I explained that I did NOT WANT to pay more than I am paying currently. She managed to bring it down by around R200 BUT what she ommitted to tell me was that I am still paying for my previous device and Vodacom customer care told me that she should have made me aware of this fact! Now I am actually paying MORE to finish paying for the previous device AND PAYING for the new contract!! NOT HAPPY !!!

Had a very bad experience with my upgrade. We were lied to about the phones specs so on return they agreed they lied to us but refused to return the phone. Will never never support them again. Will also. Cancel my 20 year contract when the time is up can not siplort a company where lies is acceptable.

Service is terrible waited for 30mins for the consulted to switch on her computer. Meanwhile she was on her phone watching serieses very loudly no chair offered and still they could not assist
