The store had 10 tills and there was only 1 cashier available.. Whenever I come to this store, there's never enough cashiers on site.

The manager at the chemist and his consultant was so disrespectful, from the get go the consultant asked me if the medicination was for me or my friend I replied and said for me, then she then asked if I was here before I said, know then I asked her how much the medication would cost she said she's doesn't know with attitude I kept my cool and then she was speaking to herself and saying whatever whatever I'm upperly disgusted by the way I was helped the manager is disrespectful and didn't want to here me out as I spoke in a polite manner he told me to leave and never assisted me, as my friend only asked the consultant what is the matter why was she so rude, after she told my friend to shut up my friend asked her why do she speak this way to clients then she said we have no respect but we had no argument with the consultant which is funny... Manager came along and told me that I must leave instead of asking what's the issue I told him I'd like to be helped by someone else as my patience is very little with this consultant, consultant got up shouting I won't help you and you can get someone else which was a shock to everyone sitting there.. Manager had no idea what went wrong but sent me to leave and he'd call security I'm I was treated like a criminal and is unacceptable I will never recommend anyone to go there. As a customer should be heard before being told they wrong..as I wasn't at fault but the way I was treated was the worst experience of my life.

Phone etiquette is a -0 at Promenade Clicks. I wasn’t done speaking and they dropped the call. They told me to call a number and recited it so fast on the phone and did not want to repeat instead told me the number is behind a club card. Please note : It’s not what you say, it is how you say it.

Clean shop with helpful staff however one waits forever in line because they only ever have two or three cashiers serving customers!

I have been in the queue for 20 minutes. 2 cashiers on duty.Customers not wearing masks. No social distance.This needs to change Clicks was this disorganized. The music is too load one has to shout at store staff for assistance.

Clicks has most of products which women need, I love their special of buy 3 and get the 3rd one free" the Multivitamins are not so expensive and the pharmacists are always very helpful and friendly."

Absolutely putrid customer service. Tried calling 3 times to speak to the pharmacy, just rings and when it eventually gets answered, they'd hung up the call. Please consider telephone etiquette training and not wasting people's minutes when they try to contact you. Good grief!

Every time I shop at this Clicks I ask myself why did I come here . The service is sooo slow one can never be in and out . The pharmacy is the worse , it's like going to local clinics. This is not good I hope someone takes note and make necessary changes.
