I've always received exceptional service from the reception staff and the veterinarians. They also have a very effective IT system in place making payments effortless.The hospital is exceptional. It has a waiting area, 2 modern operating theatres and multiple procedure rooms.

What a wonderful caring vet. Just incredible well done to all staff. You are all amazing thank you all so much. Definitely would recommend to everyone. Won't take my babies any were else. All staff are welcoming kind and friendly. I know my Kiwi is in the best hands. We felt so sad leaving him but comfortable leaving him with staff there.

Wonderfully staff! Friendly. Understanding. Fast and efficient. WOW! And the actual premises...wow! Will forever take my animals there.

What can you expect when coming here? First of all friendly faces greeting you as you come in and then a very friendly doctor with all the patience and care in the world!I recently took my Indian ringneck parakeet to Craig View Veterinary Clinic for a respiratory infection and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and expertise provided. The Dr that assisted me was so patient with my impatient bird, she also made sure I know exactly how to give my bird her medicine and I appreciate the fact that she took her time making sure my bird is as comfortable as possible.I definitely feel comfortable recommending this vet to any of my friends or family.

This is a wonderful Clinic. They are very thorough due to the fact that they diagnose before they treat. We were surprised at a vet phoning us to hear how our cat is doing. Dr Ross does wonderful work and he is very caring. Keep up the good work.

Always a pleasure going to Craigview, took an injured tortoise there on Wednesday. As Dr Clifford Bull is a wildlife vet, l knew that the poor guy would be in the best hands. Thank you to Dr Ross and the receotion staff for all their help and empathy. And for always taking in any injured wildlife, as well as caring for all our pets both big and small.

I have never once had a problem with Craigview. I even forgot my Forms for claiming in my pet insurance. They had some on hand and helped me out. They are always kind and eager to help out. My dog also always gets a treat. He obviously hates the vet but I definitely don't. They are so professional. It is also always clean and tidy. My dog vomitted a few times and they mopped without any complaints.I forgot my dog's booklet there and they called me to tell me that I forgot it there.One guy we met there came all the way from Nelspruit with his dog because of Craigview's outstanding services.
