Sasol North Riding

beware of petrol attendants at this sasol, they steal petrol caps from your cars and resell them. They will come up with the foolish story, saying your car did'nt have a cap, and all of the sudden they have a petrol cap to fit your car at cost.

Will never come to the car wash again. Sat for over an hour before they even started on the interior. In fact will fill up at another Sasol from now on

their service was just fine

I always get really great service here, I detour from work so that I can come and use this garage.

Dear Sasol Northriding OwnerI tank every week between 4:00am and 4:30am at your filling station. I know you have two attendants on duty, but I have never ever seen the second attendant. This morning there was a vehicle tanking when I parked at the pump. 10 minutes later I was served. The attendant on duty was Lovers, but alas, attendant No.2 was missing. His name is David.I drive past 4 garages on Malibongwe and can choose any one. Absolutely disgusting service at the Sasol Northriding. The one employee was extremely rude shouting at me when i was driving away saying that i must say thank you. When i stopped telling him that i did he said that i have an attitude and i should respect him because he is older than me? He then proceeded to get aggressive and tell me to f*@#k off. Absolutely disgusting service from an employee who doesn't deserve to be employed by a top petroleum brand. I will NEVER GO TO THE SASOL NORTHRIDING AGAIN.

Usually pretty good, however certain att dang has a major chip on his shoulder!
