I was twice at the store between Friday morning and Sunday evening. Your staff is not really user friendly and there irritating noise of giggling9 behind the counter and kitchen.

The food was great here. It was even marked properly to say dunked or chilli cheese. Not many KFCs do that. Waited for 15 min before I could order. After I got my order, there were beggars inside the store constantly asking for money.

My mom, ordered a take-away on the 09th this December @ 20:13. For a one person meal to go, which was during loadshedding may I add.The service was so quick (fast), that there was no quality control on the food.Hence, the disappointment in the food delivered, as the chips were not even fried to required temperature (basically sloppy) & the twister accompanied by the chicken lacked seasoning, basically tasteless.The only thing, good about the meal was the drink.

Great for meal on the go and coffee. Good service for a Friday at lunch time, little bit of a wait but that's to be expected when they're so busy. Food prep was good and not dripping oil. As KFC's go a generally good experience. Staff were humble & respectable, just one hiccup but not worth commenting on.

Tlalane was very Rude to me after misplacing my order and could tell me my order number. She rudely told me the Kiosk should have given me my order number AD even though I told her the Kiosk give no order number she did not help me. 0ne of her coworkers came to my rescue and requested my cell phone messege. Eventually I became the last customer today at KFC Goldfields Mall Welkom, thanks to Tlalane. I have bought KFC at this franchise but no more I probably won't even buy KFC again thank Tlalane for that
