Great Development for sure , Value for money , amazing Facilities

Great place

My experience a compete disaster and buying into this Estate was the worst financial decision of my life. No real progress after 6 years. Homes are way too small for the outrageously high prices which are simply not achievable in this market. It was sold as this high end Estate for discerning buyers, and with promises of many extras most of which did not materialise. There was no fibre (supposedly included in the levy), the 'state of the art' gating system did not work and has now been replaced at the expense of the owners. After moving in I had a burglary and it was established cameras fencing not working. It was improved but still questionable as no evidence provided to ensure owners peace of mind. Bought for assisted living which will now never happen. Club House a waste of time and a white elephant that is costing a fortune to maintain. Deficits increasing in HOA. I have left and finally have some peace of mind.

An amazing development for persons over the age of 50 years. Spacious and tranquil. All the facilities my parents might need is close by. The newly designed house plans offers them a choice of secure living. We recommend a visit to this unique development.

Superb estate. Built at the bottom of a Koppie it blends in with the nature around it. You can go for great walks without ever leaving the estate. Excellent security. Lots of indigenous trees.

What a great decision we made when we decided to build our home at Kruinkloof! We love the natural surroundings and the tranquility of the bushveld setting.
