Customers stood waiting and staff would be doing nothing. They helped me efficiently with the new contract but it was a slow process as the system was taking forever to load. All round it was a decent experience.

I AM BEYOND ANGRY AND SOOOO DISGUSTED. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THE SHOP NOW FOR 4 DAYS BUT NO ONE ANSWERS AT ALL. THE NUMBERS ON THIS WEBSITE ARE INCORRECT. I NEED TO CANCEL AN ORDER WITHIN THE 7 DAY COOL OFF PERIOD BUT CAN GET HOLD OF ABSOLUTELY NO ONE. NOT EVEN THE HEADOFFICE, WHO PROMISED TO GET BACK TO ME, HAVE BEEN ABLE TO ASSIST ME. I WORK DURING THE WEEK AND DONT WANT TO LEAVE IT TO THE LAST MINUTE. THEY PROBABLY DO THIS IN ORDER TO ENSURE THAT YOU CANT CANCEL WITHOUT MAJOR COSTS.

Not very friendly staff, very rude people, that honestly just rush you to get out the store. They don’t seem to interested in making sales, nor do they seem to know what they’re actually doing.

The absolute worst service ever! from the manager Kasta to the service manager Kenneth! Please do not make the mistake of ever dealing with these people. We have handed in a phone on the 5th of June. They keep lying to us about waiting for parts. The manager gave me his word that the phone will be ready on Sat. No surprise there phone was not ready ! same excuse we are still waiting for parts. Trying to get hold of the owner Mr. Johan Stassen if you can please contact me.

On 14 May 2023 I took out the Huawei Nova 11i Double Deal contract. The gifts that comes with the devices are x2 headsets.The store was out of stock. But it has been a month already and still no headphones were received.Can you please advise regarding this matterRegardsP Roebeck-Jacobs

Terrible service. The sales consultant first tells me there's no stock of the phone I want, but after insisting that I do not want the one he wants to sell me, he 'found' stock in store - if I had his name I'd post it here, unfortunately they don't even bother giving their names. The staff are so unfriendly in general. They clearly do not read these reviews and clearly hate being at work. Definitely deserve 0 stars, luckily Google saves them.

Absolutely disgusting service.Been trying to contact the shop for the past hour and no one is picking up the phone and the Customer Care line is just as terrible.I use to be a massive supporter of this Cellular Company, but now I am SERIOUSLY considering cancelling my contract because of this.

Friendly and helpful staff. The problem is not the staff, it is Vodacom's ridget policies and data plans. Data is the new oil, and they will make you pay for it. Not a company that understands the word loyalty

Treated me more like a nuisance than a customer. I even saw the other assistant being rude to another customer then quickly change her attitude one he whipped out R4k cash to buy.
