Perfect Dealz

I purchase 5 Lipstick pepper sprays on the 20th of April this year. One of them leaked in my bag and resulted in me burning my eyes and nose. It was a terrible experience. I contacted Perfect Dealz multiple times after but I received no response. I finally got a hold of someone in September. After follpwing up numerous times, I only received a response a month later stating that collection will be arranged. I asked for further instructions but I've received none until this day. If it was anything else, I would've overlooked it, but I was going to gift these pepper sprays and people could've gotten seriously injured.

Deliver half the items you buy then come up with excuses and very apologetic but keep making empty promises when the item will be delivered. They take quite a few hours before answering their own chat system via WhatsApap and sometimes even days. Reasonable prices on item but very poor customer service. They delivered my item 14 days after acknowledgment .

Unreliable and poor customer service. I placed an order in August but they didn't deliver everything. I informed them immediately but it took them two months to inform me that I have credit. I made another order on 27 November 2022 and I informed them that I want to use my credit but my order was cancelled. I then requested a refund but they don't want to refund me. I have made several follow-ups and they promised to refund me but up until today I didn't get my refund

Been buying from these people & reselling on TakeALot for over a year. Now they cut my business and decide to sell directly on TakeALot even after me politely asking to please leave 10 products for me to sell out of the over 1000+ products they have but was rudely ignored by David after calling & messaging for 3 days. Finally get told my a female manager rudely that they've been selling on TakeALot for a long time now (another lie). Very unethical people to do business with, definitely would NOT RECCOMEND!

Amazing support from Perfect Dealz. I bought a Remote holder and it arrived in Cape Town within 2 days.The TV remote holder quality is truly amazing for the money, perfect deal!!

I bought 2 canvas shoe racks. Only one month in they started falling apart. Called in for customer support only to be told that their products are given 1 WEEK guarantee after which they can't help you with any defect products.

I placed an order for the 3 tier snack plates on the 13th and until now I have not received confirmation or delivery update. I also made it speedy delivery. I did ask before hand if it will be sent early as I need it for Christmas day. I've sent an email asking when it will be sent and no reply, I'm really starting to think it's a scam. I bought the product for R300+ and now they are advertising it for R100+. Really I don't live that far from them why no reply or why has the products not been sent.

With reference to the above order.I have been trying to track the whereabouts of my parcel since yesterday morning.I have been told that the delivery is out and also given the driver's number which is on voicemail.I called back and you(David) told me that you guarantee me that I will receive it by 11h00 today(01/09/2022) as your driver had an issue yesterday.Today I called at 12h42 and spoke to Amira and was told that the parcel has been dispatched and that I will receive it tomorrow 02/09/2022.This I find very strange.It is very disappointing to receive such service since I paid a delivery fee to get my goods and furthermore I received a mail that said my goods was dispatched on Monday already.It is already 4 days gone for a parcel to be delivered from Sandton to Centurion.So please if you cannot deliver then stop wasting my time with your lies and refund my money.It seems that all the rotten reviews you receive on Hello Peter is true.I cannot understand how nobody has taken you to court already but I suppose that you are just a bunch of scammers.How do you people sleep at night knowing that you have taken peoples hard earned money?I think people should take the law into their own hands and come burn your warehouse down.Amira also lies through her teeth and yet she is a muslim lady and suppose to be honest.

i appreciate the service i got at last after complaining about my payment not reflecting it took two days yes but on raising the alarm i was called by the shop to let me know that there was an error with the bank and my order was ready for collection.i therefore correct my first review and wish to continue doing online shopping , when i got to the shop everybody was willing to assist. thanks guys

Process was quick and easy, loved the fact that I could collect my order. Upon arriving at the premises I was shocked at how many items they actually had on hand. As a ex ecommerce owner, you guys are doing great.
