We utilized the services of Stuttafords Van Lines for our immigration from Jhb South Africa to Houston Texas Usa. The service we received when the day arrived to pack up all our belongings was fantastic! The crew were polite, professional and extremely fast. They took considerate care wrapping up each item from very big to very small. Once the truck pulled away I knew we had choosen the right company. Fast forward a few weeks and our container arrived on our new doorstep. Each item accounted for and not a single damage to them! Thank you so much! Our house is now a home!

Stuttafords Van Lines is the WORST removal company I have ever had to deal with. They were so quick to quote (in excess of $10 000) to remove our goods from Blantyre, Malawi to Plettenberg Bay. They packed our goods a MONTH ago with the promise that they would leave Malawi within five days. They still have not collected our good in Lilongwe and we WAIT. They can't be bothered to give any updates and G-d forbid we ask for a discount! I will not recommend them to anyone!SHOCKING SERVICE!Kate Miszewski

I am very, very late on this review but Rentia, Neetasha and the whole team along with the packing team was absolutely wonderful! I had a million questions and Rentia was ever so supportive along with the rest of the team in final changes, pack date, tracking the shipment up to delivery with the freight company who delivered the goods. Packing was done really well and had no real damage once goods arrived. The little bit that was noticed was a cracked mirror (easily replaced). No further damage was incurred during the whole hands-on process. Trust me, the whole physical logistics side, is not a pretty sight! Everyone was prompt and professional in their responses and updates and really helped to take a lot of stress away with a major move internationally. Thank you so much again everyone! Your service is greatly appreciated.

I received a Quote within a day, all my household items were packed, transported and delivered professionally. The team was on time, they knew what they were doing, all supplies and packing material were there (no run arounds). They unpacked for me and didn't mind me changing my mind when positioning my furniture. This back breaking job was an ease with Stuttaford van lines. Such amazing service! They collected from my mom in Cape Town last week Monday, and I picked up from the JHB depo today.I went for the 3 Cubic Meter option. This can take up to 14 days normally from collection to delivery; as they fill a truck before leaving. I’m very very happy that it came so fast.(I wasn’t sure if I would be home due to work that’s why I collected myself)

After our initial moving company canceled a day before they had to start packing, I phoned Stuttafords and they stepped up and stepped in like heroes. The admin staff went out of their way to get all the paperwork done. They even assisted in arranging a reputable company to relocate our pets. (Exotics included).The packers started packing on Thursday, and continued right throughout Friday and our move could leave for its destination on Saturday afternoon.The foreman clearly have experience in moving and packing and helping the little ones feel at ease about their things being packed and moved.As we lived in an estate, they left the one trailer under supervision at the entrance of the estate, and only entered with one horse and trailer.Everything was packed and crated neatly. No damage to walls and floors etc while moving furniture out of the house. Same with offloading at our destination.Boxes and packaging material was of great quality, and we had almost no breakages during the move.
