Good group of guys and excellent service. Pricing is a bit on the higher side but they are well stocked and cater for all your building needs. My bill was R371, 10kg cracked filler, 7 internal air vent covers, 3 bags of Umgeni and a roll of masking tape.

The disrespect I got at this hardware store today was CRAZY!I went in to purchase some extras for the renovations at home.I was told by the person assisting me (an old Indian man) that I was taking too long in the store" so I questioned him and asked if that was the way he spoke to all the customersThe other employees that were serving the customers at the toll point did not even respond at all let alone apologize for the way this man was spoke to me.We live in a society where these things are over looked. However as a business owner who is GETTING A SALEWHICH EQUIVILATES TO MONEY.Should have given me more respectWe've always supported Tom's but after this experience I'd rather purchase materials from a place that value their customers."
