HIRE THE HAND MOBILE MECHANICS

Emmanuel is dishonest. I was promised a refund for an unnecessary purchase of a part that was needed for a repair on my vehicle. Turns out my vehicle got completely misdiagnosed in the first place and now I'm sitting with an unnecessary purchase, money wasted and no word from Emmanuel. Weak business conduct. Take your money and rather spend it on a proper mechanic.

Follow-up Review 2Still no responce from Emanual.Promises but no dilivery.Follow-up Review18 March 2021(read situation below)Notice the promise made to me by the owner 2 days ago.I had the man I comunicated with previously call me twice since i posted the previous review.We talked and he tried to talk me down on what he premised me as in his replie.We settled that he would Pay me the money by today.Again another promise broken.I said that i would hold off on getting the police involved as well.What am i to do now?I went to the place they advertised as their location.There is no such business from tge Garage to the Buzz.Which is where 45 Witkoppen is.I cant just lose money like this.I already lost clients because of the time i booked with them where they either came way past 2 or 4 hours late or just didnt show up.I also had to pay to revurse the damage done by their sticking a carburetor to my engin with LOCK TIGHT.I have no choise but to report them oficially to the RMI as well.I got these guys to fix my car.They fit a carburetor on my car.They stuck it with lock tight.Wrong carboretor for my car.They fit a petrol pump, part was faulty.They took it out and stuck the one, that had nothing wrong with it, with lock tight.They took the faulty part and said they would get a new one.They never did.They said theyd repay me for that part, nothing.6 weeks later my car is still not fixed and they ignore me.I paid R4000 to them.Had my car inspected today and the work they did.Only thing they had to do was replace the petrol filter and gasket.I gave them 6 weeks where I comunicated with them and they made many promises but only damaged my car even more and just ignore me now.I do not recomend these people.They are con artists and i will be opening a case against them for fraud if they dont repay me in 48 hours.In answer to the owners reply, i gave them the money to buy the parts.Paid it over so they could leave to go buy the parts.

Mike or Emmanuel is a fraud! He doesn't pay his employees. Jomo was excellent, he fixed my car, but told me that Mike or Emmanuel did not pay him, while I have paid him in full.So now I had to pay the mechanic as well.

The guys are,good called them on Sunday was stuck with Range Rover and they helped me I will definitely use them again.good job guys welldone special thanks to the all team.
