For my animals this is the Hilton or 5star getaway.The staff is dedicated to the welfare of your pet, even in peak season you can be assured that your furbaby will get the best possible care.

Very well kept an organised facilities. Far better than most of the kennels we have used in the past. Will definitely use them again. The pet drop off service was handy after a weekend.

Our cat stayed there for 6.5 weeks and we were very impressed with the facilities. I specifically liked that there was a heater for our cat during the winter and that he had a safe enclosed space to play outside in the sun on the grass during the day.

Whenever possible we like to travel with our dogs, but sometimes it's not possible. Thank goodness for businesses like Snowpine Kennels & Cattery. We like the peace of mind of knowing that our dogs are being cared by genuine animal lovers. The dog runs are well maintained and allow our dogs to stay together while getting the chance to interact with other dogs. Snowpine also provided updates and photos so that we could enjoy our trip knowing our precious babies were well cared for.

Tracey and Michelle and the team are super caring and loves what they do. We have been taking our dogs to Snowpine for 20+ years. They are brilliant!!

It was my first time kenneling them and I was so scared, but after a phone call with Tracy my heart was at ease. When there was a concern, I got a message and video straight away asking if I thought everything was fine and I was so pleasantly surprised that I was contacted regarding the well being of my babies the second there was a concern and I am so impressed. Fantastic care provided for my fur baby. Staff are excellent and really care about the well-being of the animals in their care. These kennels are amazing, will definitely be back.

Staff seem friendly,my spaniels are my passion +they were well cared for..just check your bill,their was a error twice but it WAS RECTIFIED..TRACY is very charming+appears to love dogs;important to me
