Friendly and fast service, and excellent price for the work. They were very quick to repair my MacBook 2017 Pro that had suddenly died — and I was worried because they thought it might be the logic board, but they kept me informed at all times. They deep cleaned inside the machine and stuck on several keys that had come loose on the keyboard. Then the machine was back to functioning properly. They didn’t replace the battery, even though it had 800+ cycles, as it was showing as normal, and only recommended I do that as soon as I noticed a degrading of the machine. Will be back as and when I need help, or work done. Also highly recommend to others needing a company that won’t rip them off.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Word of warning, if you like your money and your Apple product, don't take it to I-Restore. I don't normally give reviews but here is my community service. After we sent in our Imac with a hard drive issue, it came back with a burnt out power supply and broken screen. I've heard other similar reports too.

Computer running like a dream. Same day turnaround and really efficient which is vital for those who rely on their laptop for work.Serviced and a new battery for reasonable price. They also replaced a single key on my keyboard rather than charging me >R5000 for a whole new part as quoted by another business.If you live in the CBD, it's well worth the drive out of town for the service. I will definitely use again.

Update: the technician contacted me and gave me great service. I really appreciate the way that my complaint was handled. This is a professional company that takes care of its customers and I am grateful for that. I will leave my original comment below for context:I think they did a good job, though my complaint was that they installed software on my computer without telling me and when I asked what it was for they told me the technician would phone me and explain. I am still waiting on that phone call.

Very fast, convenient and well priced service. Fixed my phone screen near my camera and all and it still works perfectly fine. Priced better than the local competitors and friendlier customer service.
