Pep store at Nqamakwe it is saddening to see how arrogant is the manager of this store. How she gives answers to our elderly. Pep store in Nqamakwe is in a rural area so obviously it is the rural people who are mostly consumers in this store and there will be a lot of questions they will ask for help. But the manager of this store answers before the staff could provide answers. And she portrays arrogance. She's inconsistent with her rules and won't even show the decency of explaining to the customer why a rule which applied yesterday cannot apply to the next day. She won't even wait for the client to finish talking but just throw a very rough answer. It is not fair to our elderly. Our people deserve to be treated with respect.I even watched how the manager addresses the staff in front of the customers. It's not cool.. Calm down Ms. MANAGER. Humility goes a long way.I want to believe that some of the requirements for your post : interpersonal skills(listening as part of it) , be able to work under pressure, good decision making skills, etc. More than your qualifications.
