Very friendly and efficient. In Oudtshoorn from Pretoria on the way to Sedgefield on holiday. Developed a problem with the turbo on the road. Just a loose pipe that came off. They fixed it in no time at no cost and checked everything again. Thanks to René and the very friendly and efficient workshop staff.

I have had nine (9) vehicles out of Ford Oudtshoorn from 2018.They are the best by far in terms of customer service and support. Other motor dealerships can learn from Charl, the DP, and his team.

Handled my breakdown promptly and efficiently. They kept me well informed and even managed to organize me a courtesy car. Much appreciated.

Very disappointed with Ford Oudtshoorn especially the Dealer Principal, I bought a car at Ford Oudtshoorn January 2022, a month later there was noise from the suspension when driving over speed humps. I reported the problem to them immediately, it's July 2022 now Ford Oudtshoorn sending me back and forth, I'm still driving the car with noisy suspension because the dealer principal refuses to repair the car, terrible service, I deeply regret buying a car from Ford Oudtshoorn. I am not happy at all with the service I received, absolutely terrible after sales service.

Absolutely excellent experience at Ford Oudtshoorn! We had two car related issues whilst on holiday and the whole team jumped in and solved the problems. Friendly, helpful and fast. Thank you for all the help and assistance!

Wanted to see and test drive a beautiful blue 2014 Golf R. The pictures on Autotrader certainly did not reveal the fact that:1. The windscreen is cracked2. All brake discs show signs of severe corrosion3. Worst of all, 3 of the 4 tyres are completely flat and the car is basically resting on its 19 inch rims.To top it off, the key provided would not even unlock the car.I am sorry, but as a car lover it is heartbreaking to see a high performance vehicle being kept in such a pitiable condition. It certainly does not inspire any confidence whatsoever.It is also troubling that the condition of the car is far worse than advertised o nAutotrader.Not impressed at all.

Talk about service delivery and customer satisfaction..... These people, especially Stephen Le Roux go above and beyond for us, the clients.I had my bakkie serviced and Stephen gladly helped my wife install our tonneau cover and cleaned the bakkie beautifully.Service items that needed replacing were mentioned but never forced.A really awesome experience.Thanks to all.
