The owner and his crew are honest people who know what they are doing. My car had an elusive and multi-layered problem with its cooling system that they tackled from multiple angles to get resolved.

I know Bruce the owner,Terry and the other staff for 15 years, although they are in the vehicle repairs and servicing for many more, nothing beats many years of hard work and first hand experience, what a great team they are, always willing to listen to the customers first and then repair and service your car as if it were their own.One can always be assured of excellent quality service at the right price, please consider there services at B & M service centre in Bellville, you will not be disappointed, many txs guys for the superb service and repairs this week.Enjoy the weekend, cheers Andre

BM service center came highly recommend buy another workshop.I was stranded on the side of the road and called BM service center to hear whether I could tow my car to their workshop, this was at 11.55am on the 4th July 2019 (I was told by Bruce the owner that he would call back in 5min). I then called back at 12.09 as I’m desperate standing on the side of the road holding up traffic. I was then told by a not to friendly gentleman that Bruce was test driving another vehicle and will call back as soon as he gets back from his test-drive.........it is now 2.15pm (managed to get the vehicle moved out of desperation) and still not even a courteous call back to say yes or no they can help or not.I am in the motor industry myself and will be sure to let everyone that is looking for a “reliable” workshop never to take their car to BM service center.If this my first experience I’d hate to know bad it would become once a car is on their premises!

Efficient, they know how to work with people even though my car is still not fixed, waiting for an insurance approval

I am always weary of smaller service centres and google reviews has made it better at (sort of) identifying the ones that will 'do you in'. I am very happy with B&M Service centre. They did a 60k service on my Honda BR-V. It was done within the period of the morning and the price of the service was lower than I anticipated. Value for money for sure. The mechanics are knowledgeable and friendly and also based on other reviews: Its a no bs business, they don't do you in. (Which, for some reason is rare in the servicing/mechanical car industry)? Would recommend.
