AVOID! I experienced the “professionalism” of Kings Estates from both a buying and selling perspective from two out of the three so called “professional” team members.From a selling perspective, I received one update during the entire 4-month sole mandate period and there was little to no attempt to attract any buyers.From a buying perspective, when things go wrong they will dismiss all your concerns, protect the seller and their commission at all cost, defer everything to their choice of incompetent conveyancer, withhold important information, and tell you how to react and feel about the situation. The best of all, is that they will yell at you how “professional” they really are and even hang up on you if you dare disagree with them!

Fantastic company to deal with . Cant do enough and their reputation is well deserved . Had a wonderful experience from start to finish.

I would avoid using Kings estates. The estate agent we worked with was very condescending, telling me he didn’t have to deal with my negativity when we had concerns about the property being burgled the day we signed the papers and calling me verbally abusive when I told him his conduct was unprofessional. Not to mention I was screamed at over the phone and he put the phone down in my ear.
