There is such a delay at this KFC. There are three tills plenty of staff members, bit only one till is being operated at a time and really no empathy from the staff regarding the 20 people in the que.The KFC is relatively small, bit hot and stuffy inside with little space, especially given the long que times. December will be a nightmare if they have the same level of service.There are a few tables on the side that can be used to sit down, bit occupancy levels is extremely high given the number of customers. All in all you better really value you mashed up fried non-freerange chicken to make this a worthy experience.

The toilet facilities were putrid, and right next to the seating. We would've liked to dine in, but we're forced to eat in the car, as the tables weren't cleaned timeously, and the putrid smell of the toilet almost took our appetite away.The staff serving at the till were friendly and helpful.

Absolutely disgusting food/service. Have given them a few chances and never seem to get it right. Last order was over R500+ and was what I can only imagine to be last nights recycled food that was burnt!

The delay to be served was excessive for take out . Order placed, paid and then a 35 min wait for our meal. A client left and was refunded because she couldn't wait any longer as she had an appointment. Very poor interaction from staff. Had to ask the staff to clean up a big wet spill in the waiting area, unnecessary accident situation.
