Compared to the Roodeport labour department they are very efficient, the que moves fast and they assist promptly, however they can improve on the attitude that they give to their clients, don't forget your ID when visiting this place

Not happy. A lady by the name of Gretta was so rude and refused to help us telling us they start working at 6am and no one is paying them for that. We were supposed to be told at the door when starting to que that we wnt be helped as opposed to us queing then be treated like kids by Gretta shouting at us.

I always hear people complain of public servants and their attitude! Today , I went there to enquire about UIF services ! The lady serving me was soo rude , I wonder what did I do to deserve such dehumanising treatment! She was soo cold and did not even care to explain things thoroughly ! It’s like they hate being at work ! They hate servicing people ! She did not even have a name tag on .

Went to labour and I was help by three ladys and very good especially mama Christina even with the system was down she talk to me, actually she encouraged me and Ref me to mama Lebo helping with uif online benefits,I am pleased to be assisted by them,how I wish we can have people like them who are willing to help and work with people

The staff have no patience to explain or give clear direction. The ladies there, always shouting at client's. I had a bad experience. There's no respect at all and they don't even care if you came in using your last money, they will send you back for 775 times. They don't care!

A lady by the name of Desiree Parkins (Parkinson) is the rudest most arrogant consultant . People like her are the reason why South Africa is the way it is. She made my widow mum cry so many times and sent her back and forth . I hope she will be replaced by someone deserving of that job
