Im not happy with my order ,I was just there at Mall of The North chicken licken ,I ordered 2 hot wing meals 8,I received 2boxes 1 with the full order and the other one was 4 hot wings and chips,no toast and coleslaw,your staff must double check before a order go out this is a rip-off,I cannot drive back to the mall as the petrol is more expensive,I am very dissatisfied,my order no was #1189 time 17h14

I came there while on my lunch , waited on the que for more than 30 minutes only to be told that all the speed points are not working after trying to order and I was told I must come with cash? Really during covid ? Why wasn't I told the first minute when I walked in ?

Nothing else to say about chicken licken other than I love their wings, yeah its overly salty as is their chicken but that's what the hot sauce is for to balance it out,There will never be a week where I dont have chicken licken,the times i have sat down i must say the staff are very welcoming and respectful,tables were always clean and although anywhere I go I always clean up after myself instead of leaving it for someone else to do the hygiene is great of the restaurant or take out restaurant.I always either order the combos or the 24 wings and chicken with loads of hot sauce.

The food quality is good, and the wings were the right color and not overly salted or too oily. the wings were perfect. The customer service on the other hand is a different story, the staff is mean, she made a mistake on my order and blamed me for it and the manager took for ever to come fix this, I ended up taking the messed up order of wings without chips and and have 0 knowledge of customer service.

I bought Party 16 and my friend bought hot wing deluxe, she checked her order abd found out that the didn't give her Chips and unfortunately I did not check mine, when I got home I found that the wings were 14 instead of 16. This could be done intentionally to maximise their profit.

I order a burger at the store and I receive moulded bread. I needed to put this to the attention of everyone as I know the cooks take old bread and serve the customers. They hide the old bread and sell it when it is old. I do not have a camera phone to take out pictures but I hope chicken licken and health department go check this. Even ask the cooks and workersWe are not rich people but you cannot serve us like this. I will go to health department as well. You cannot take advantage of us like this

Order takeaways, whilst waiting for my food, my friend walked in with drinks/bubble tea bought at a different shop inside the mall. We were told to stand outside the shop because drinks were not bought from the shop. Absolutely disgusted by this behavior. If they were efficient and effective we would not be waiting for food. It was a hot day. Will not recommend! Plenty other eat out stores that are very friendly and accommodating.
