Took my E63 there came out like brand new

Good work polishing and detailing

Friendly service but job needs attention

Took my polo for a complete valet and glaze. On collecting the vehicle I noticed the pedals had not been cleaned, there were dirty marks on the front bumper which had to be redone, dirty marks on other parts of the bodywork which I could clean off with a finger rub, there were polish streaks on the leather seats which they redid (not perfectly), there was dirt in the consol which hadn't been vacuumed properly, neither the internal rear view mirror nor the visor mirror had been cleaned (discovered after I left), the drivers side visor was still dirty, the rear wheel arch was dirty (I wiped and showed the owner) and I had to clean the top inside of the windscreen when I got home as there were polish streaks. On closer inspection the vacuuming could have been better too. The lady owner apologised and said I could bring the car back another time but for that price one would expect it to be done correctly first time around. Very disappointed.

I concur with my wife's comments but she did not mention the wheels and hubs - do these pics look like a freshly detailed job?

Had such horrible experience at Amazing Glaze Pinetown. The boss there and her employee were so rude and unprofessional. No Customer Service Ettiquette whatsoever, arguing with customer. I came in for an auto valet and when I arrived in the morning at the time they said they open it was closed. A lady was there in the parking lot (employee) and when I parked I asked her aren't they supposed to be open already and she told me her boss is running late. Out of interest I then asked where the workshop is as it was the 1st time there and I also needed to know where I needed to move my car. The boss eventually arrived. I then went into their office to leave the car keys and talk to the boss about the service before I leave and little did I know the boss was already waiting for me because the Lady that i spoke to in the morning had already said some things to her about me, and she was obviously ready to attack".
