Very disappointed at quality of polishing and after service when an issue is brought to the attention of Dersen. Instead of taking responsibility for an unsatisfactory job completed, blame was placed on the laser cutting of the product, and then ignoring our complaint. All products go through QCP before polishing, and therefore it was the polishing and bad handling that created these scratches. This was the first and last time that we would be using NEP Contracts. Very disappointed.
