I just CANNOT fathom how my order of nearly 4 HOURS ago still hasn’t been delivered to my home which is 20 mins away! Got no call from anyone from the store to tell me anything & when you try to call you still on hold for atleast 4-6 mins before your get cut off. ABSOLUTELY ABSURD!This matter will be taken further that’s a guarantee.

Bought realdeal triple decker was not impressed that the bottom part had almost no filling and after returning it and being told a new one is being made the same situation. Please see that filling throughout the pizza was s the same because R60 is R60

This is a poor service debonairs. This morning I placed a order by calling the promenade store and they knew my address as it is on there system and did my order without any problems. Now I tried to place another order ther afternoon by the same number the same store and this time they telling me they don't deliver in my area the person I spoke to seemed like she doesn't know how to do her job as she asked for my address when this didn't happen this morning. I spoke to 2 employees and a driver. When I spoke to the driver he confirmed yes they do deliver at my address but yet he want me to place a order on the app whick I don't have and never did in the first place. Just really poor service

-20 Stars, worst pizza ever!!! Won't recommend this store not even to my worst enemy.. Spent R184. 70 on two pizzas and it had hardly any cheese on it, had to put on my own cheese on it! the double decker pizza had nothing on it.. A thin spread that looked like butter was all that was on in between to two bases.. It was an expensive waste of my money an this in Ramadan for supper! Will never go back to that store, poor quality and no value for money.
